CanadaI am a big believer in plant essences and oils. For achy muscles, we tend to gravitate toward Chinese oils like white flower oil or other potent stuff. My mom had a really stiff pain in her lower neck area about a month ago and we the usual oils followed by a hot towel happened to be too hot and intense for this pain. I decided to try this relief balm on this was much more soothing on a 'cool', 'easing' level. Sometimes you need hot, but othertimes you need cool! I'm grateful to have had this on hand and that is why I bought it - for those times when you just need something for a specific pain!
