Reusable wrapping for the holidays

December 18, 2019

A few years ago I made fabric bags out of leftover fabric I had.

We've been using these over and over again for the holidays and birthdays.

I've also been saving any ribbon and gift tags we receive and use and reuse them, because why wouldn't we?

We live in a throwaway culture and the amount of waste generated is mind-boggling.

Especially when this is a perfectly easy and wonderful substitute for wrapping paper that is not recyclable.

It looks pretty beautiful as well, wouldn't you say?

Is this something you've considered?

Another way to do this easily is to stock up on thrifted pillow cases and fabric remnants at thrift stores.

Happy Holidays to you all!
